Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. The photographs on our listings are either shot by us or provided to us by the manufacturer.  Please keep in mind that computer screens and mobile device may vary in color display. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

When you place an order with Ship Stuff, you will receive an email receipt.  You can also view your order information from your account. 

How can I return an item?

While we strive to provide you with the best quality items on the market, we understand there are times when things don't work out.

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes.  Well, maybe.  The makers on Ship Stuff produce their goods in small batches (which we love) and sometimes these batches can sell-out, be a one-off or short run or simply be discontinued.

Where can I ship my order?

We accept orders from the continental United States of America.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or by UPS.
